Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied, we do not!
If you have questions or want to contact us, you can do so via the form that is placed on the right side of this page. You can also contact us by e-mail or SMS, we try to answer all your questions within the day.
It is, of course, annoying if you have a complaint about the service. We kindly ask you to send your complaint via email@example.com or the contact form to the customer contact department. Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.
After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will notify you.
If you do not appreciate this, you can always contact the mediation department of Stichting Webshop Keurmerk where we are affiliated. If for any reason the mediation attempt does not lead to a satisfactory solution, then there is the possibility to submit your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
14 days to change your mind
Every customer has the right to cancel his order up to 14 days after receipt without having to give a reason for this. You have 14 days after the cancellation to return your product. You will then be reimbursed for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for the return from your home to us are for your own account.
If you use your cooling-off period, the object with all delivered accessories will have to be returned to us. To make use of this cooling-off period, you can contact us by e-mail or via the contact form.
We will then refund the paid order amount within 14 days after registration of your return if the product has already been received in good condition as described in the general conditions.
