It is, of course, annoying if you have a complaint about the service. We kindly ask you to send your complaint via [email protected] or the contact form to the customer contact department. Our employees of the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from us. We will respond to your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, we will notify you. Can't get it out with us? Then you can appeal to the online dispute resolution of the European Commission.

30 days to change your mind

Every private consumer has the right to cancel his order up to 30 days after receipt without having to give a reason. You have 30 days after the cancellation to return your product. You will then be reimbursed the full purchase amount including shipping costs. If the consumer has opted for a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard shipping method, the additional costs for the more expensive shipping method will not be reimbursed.


If you use your reflection time, the product with packaging and all supplied accessories must be returned to us. To make use of this reflection time you can contact us by e-mail or via the form. We will then refund the purchase price paid within 30 days after registering your return if the product is in good condition and returned as described in our terms and conditions.
